Terms of Service

By using PerfectRep, creating an account, joining the launch list, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PerfectRep provides fitness tracking, workout logging, form feedback, rep counting, body scan calibration, and training tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Exercise can involve risk. Stop training and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, exercise, recommendation, feedback, or training plan is appropriate for you.

AI, computer vision, camera tracking, rep counting, form feedback, and workout insights may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, especially when camera angle, lighting, visibility, clothing, equipment, movement phase, or device placement affects tracking. You should use your own judgment and verify important workout data.

You may create or access an account using email, Apple, Google, or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not use another person’s account without permission.

You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your location. If you use the service on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

PerfectRep may offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions, introductory offers, or free trials purchased through the Apple App Store. The subscription title, price, billing period, and any trial length are shown at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown at purchase. If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.

You can manage your subscription, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies.

You may provide workout information, plans, sets, reps, form metrics, body scan details, recordings, training data, profile details, partner messages, wall posts, captions, support requests, exercise requests, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us permission to process it as needed to provide, improve, secure, and support the service.

If you choose to record, save, upload, share, or post workout clips, you are responsible for the content of those recordings and for making sure you have permission to record in that environment. Shared content may be visible to partners or other people according to the feature and visibility settings you choose.

Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights, contains unlawful material, or includes sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer private systems, submit harmful code, interfere with other users, harass partners or users, abuse messaging or notifications, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or could harm the service or other people.

PerfectRep may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for hosting, database services, media storage, email, analytics, authentication, app distribution, App Store purchases, push notifications, voice or audio generation, and similar functions. Their terms and policies may also apply to your use of those services.

We may update, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Pre-launch features shown on the website may change before release.

Exercise analyzers, coaching feedback, rep logging, insights, and supported exercises may change as the product improves.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bity View LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that form feedback, rep counts, workout logs, plans, reminders, notifications, body scans, recordings, insights, or personal records will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You may request account or privacy assistance by contacting us. Some information may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.
