Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining a waitlist, purchasing a subscription, or using PerfectRep, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 to use PerfectRep. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may sign in using email, Apple, Google, or another supported method. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and devices, and promptly telling us about unauthorized account activity. You may not use another person's account without permission.

PerfectRep provides fitness tracking, workout logging, rep counting, body scan calibration, movement feedback, training history, and next-session suggestions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare or fitness professional.

Exercise involves risk. Stop training and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual symptoms. You are responsible for choosing safe exercises, loads, equipment, surroundings, and assistance and for deciding whether any plan, suggestion, or feedback is appropriate for you.

Computer vision, camera tracking, rep counts, form scores, movement feedback, fatigue signals, body scan measurements, and suggestions may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Camera angle, distance, lighting, clothing, visibility, equipment, device placement, and movement variation can affect results. Use your own judgment and verify information before relying on it.

Camera, microphone, Photos, Apple Health, and notification features require the permissions shown by your device. You can decline optional permissions, although the related feature may be unavailable. Apple Health access is read-only and optional.

Only record where you have permission. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from people who may appear or be heard and for avoiding private, unsafe, or prohibited recording areas. Do not upload sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.

PerfectRep may offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions, introductory offers, or trials purchased through the Apple App Store or our web checkout. The title, price, billing period, trial length, and payment processor are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price unless canceled before the next billing date. A paid period may begin automatically when a trial ends unless canceled beforehand. Prices and taxes can vary by location and may change for future billing periods with notice required by the payment provider or applicable law.

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its policies. Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and can be managed using the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting [email protected]. Web refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Introductory trials are limited to one per customer. Deleting and recreating an account does not reset prior trial use or make a previous subscriber eligible for another introductory trial.

Deleting your PerfectRep account or the app does not automatically cancel an Apple or Paddle subscription. Cancel with the applicable payment provider to prevent future renewal.

You keep ownership of workout information, recordings, profile content, plans, messages, posts, captions, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, personalize, improve, secure, and support the service and to show content to the audience you select.

Completing a workout does not by itself publish it to a partner feed. Content becomes visible to partners or other people only through the sharing, messaging, profile, or posting choices you make, subject to the behavior of the selected feature.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content. We may remove or restrict content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect people and the service.

Do not misuse the service; compromise or bypass security; scrape, probe, or overload systems; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it; submit malware; impersonate another person; harass users; abuse messages or notifications; manipulate workout or billing records; or use the service for unlawful or dangerous activity.

You may not use PerfectRep output as a substitute for professional medical judgment or to make automated decisions about another person's health, employment, insurance, credit, or legal rights.

Bity View LLC and its licensors own PerfectRep, including its software, designs, branding, exercise analyzers, interfaces, and other materials, excluding your content. Subject to these terms and any applicable subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the service for lawful personal fitness purposes.

PerfectRep, its logos, and related branding may not be used without permission. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation to improve the service, provided we continue to handle any personal information under the Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and the choices available to you. By using the service, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described there.

PerfectRep relies on providers for hosting, database and media storage, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, email, push notifications, app distribution, App Store purchases, and web payments through Paddle. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use their services.

We may update, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features, supported exercises, analyzers, or integrations. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, or threatens the service or other people.

You can schedule account deletion in the app's Settings. We will email the scheduled deletion date and provide a 7-day recovery period. Normal app access is paused during that period; you may sign in before the stated deadline to open account recovery and choose Keep My Account to cancel the request. After the deadline, we will delete associated personal data and revoke any linked Sign in with Apple authorization, except information we must retain for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes. Content may remain briefly in backups before normal expiration.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bity View LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service, rep counts, movement feedback, scores, suggestions, plans, reminders, body scans, recordings, messages, or records will be accurate, available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that locally stored or uploaded media can always be recovered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bity View LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For an iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to the app unless the App Store product page displays a custom license. These Terms of Service separately govern your PerfectRep account and use of the service.

Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting PerfectRep. You must also comply with applicable App Store and third-party service terms.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. If a material change requires notice or renewed consent, we will provide it as required by law.
