By using PerfectRep, creating an account, joining the launch list, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PerfectRep provides fitness tracking, workout logging, form feedback, and training tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Exercise can involve risk. Stop training and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, exercise, or recommendation is appropriate for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not use another person’s account without permission.

You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your location. If you use the service on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

PerfectRep may offer paid features, subscriptions, or free trials through the App Store or another billing provider. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may be handled by that provider.

If a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration may vary. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may renew according to the terms shown at purchase.

You may provide workout information, recordings, training data, profile details, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us permission to process it as needed to provide, improve, secure, and support the service.

Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights, contains unlawful material, or includes sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer private systems, submit harmful code, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or could harm the service or other people.

PerfectRep may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for hosting, email, analytics, payments, app distribution, storage, and similar functions. Their terms and policies may also apply to your use of those services.

We may update, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Pre-launch features shown on the website may change before release.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bity View LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
