Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bity View LLC collects, uses, and protects information for PerfectRep, including the website, waitlist, mobile app, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as your name, username, email address, authentication information, Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, profile image, location fields you choose to provide, settings, and preferences.

We may collect fitness and workout information such as goals, experience level, height, weight, body measurements, body scan calibration data, workout plans, exercises, sets, reps, form feedback, camera angle information, tracking quality, session history, personal records, insights, and related training metrics.

We may collect recordings and media information when you choose to capture, save, upload, review, share, or post workout clips, including thumbnails, file metadata, HUD timelines, captions, selected stats, and related upload details.

We may collect social and communication information, including partner connections, messages, wall posts, reactions, notifications, support requests, exercise requests, waitlist signups, and emails you send us.

We may collect purchase and subscription information such as App Store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, trial dates, renewal or cancellation status, invoice records, and App Store notification data. We do not collect full payment card details.

We may collect device, push notification token, log, usage, diagnostic, attribution, campaign, analytics, lifecycle, and security information when you use the website, app, API, or related services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate PerfectRep, manage accounts, authenticate users, provide workout logging, rep tracking, camera-based form feedback, body scan calibration, plans, recordings, insights, partner features, messaging, wall posts, achievements, reminders, notifications, and support.

We use information to process subscriptions and App Store status, send service emails, push notifications, launch updates, support confirmations, exercise request confirmations, reminders, and other important PerfectRep messages.

We use information to improve product quality, diagnose bugs, understand feature usage, measure marketing attribution, prevent abuse, protect security, enforce our terms, and maintain reliable service operations.

3. Recordings and Training Data

PerfectRep is designed around training on camera, workout analysis, and rep logging. Camera input, derived pose metrics, body scan calibration, recordings, and related fitness data may be processed to provide features such as live coaching, set review, form feedback, workout history, insights, and personal records.

Some camera and pose processing may happen on device, while saved recordings, thumbnails, HUD timelines, and related metadata may be stored or uploaded when you use recording, gallery, sharing, wall post, or backup features.

Only record yourself in environments where you have permission to record. Avoid capturing other people, private spaces, or sensitive information in the background.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, store, deliver, secure, analyze, email, authenticate, bill, distribute, notify, and support the service.

Service providers may include hosting and database providers, media storage providers, email providers, analytics providers, Apple App Store services, Apple Push Notification service, authentication providers, and voice or audio generation providers.

Content you choose to share, such as wall posts, partner-visible plans, workout clips, messages, reactions, or profile details, may be visible to partners or other people according to the feature and settings you choose.

We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

5. Payments and App Store

Subscriptions, trials, introductory offers, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be managed by the App Store or another payment provider. Those providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may receive and store subscription status, App Store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, trial status, renewal status, cancellation status, invoice records, and related billing metadata so we can provide paid features and support billing questions.

6. Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain workout history, support account features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Some data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, while other data may remain in backups, logs, billing records, security records, or records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

7. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting us. You may also manage certain profile, notification, recording, appearance, coaching, and sharing settings in the app where available.

Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.

You can unsubscribe from launch or marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option where available or by contacting us. Service emails related to accounts, subscriptions, security, support, exercise requests, or important product operations may still be sent.

8. Children

PerfectRep is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and respond.

9. International Users

The service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another location, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will show when the policy last changed.
